Senior India Advisor, St Mary s University Account at In-country | In-country

Responsibilities: - To attend education fairs to meet with leads and potential St Mary's University applicants and guide them to understand the university, its course portfolio, and entry requirements for that country.
- To support the Country Manager for the St Mary's University Account at In-country to help develop recruitment strategies for the University.
- Develop relationships with new agent partners and maintain a relationship with existing agents. Collaborate with them to increase the market presence of the university in all four regions - India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
- Undertaking market research and providing market intelligence on the Indian market to the wider International Recruitment Team based in the UK to support the wider marketing and communications strategy of the university.
- Serve as the primary liaison for prospective applicants and leads of the university, managing communication through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp texts.
- Manage the credibility interview process for the university.
- Provide assistance to the international admissions team as required.
- Collaborate with the university to formulate comprehensive marketing strategies (both inbound and outbound) tailored for the four regions - India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
- Designing marketing products such as flyers, standees, etc., and merchandise for the university.
- Overseeing data capture from events and agents. Ensuring the GDPR-compliant data storage and transfer between In-country and St Mary's University. Ensuring that leads gathered from events are appropriately stored on the In-country leads monitoring sheet and then followed up intending to convert from enquiry to application/offers to acceptance.
- Identifying and targeting schools across India to increase the brand visibility of the University.
- Engaging with school counsellors and delivering sessions for students to increase interest in the University s UG programmes.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the international education industry

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification/relevant professional experience)
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team and independently/remotely
- Comfortable with, and interested in, undertaking extensive travel within India
- Strength in verbal and written communication in English and local languages
- Excellent public speaking skills, with the ability to present to and influence large audiences
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities/projects
- Data handling skills with the ability to analyse large data sets. This includes the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Professional attitude with the ability to engage with and establish a good working relationship across all levels, including internal and external stakeholders
