Job description
• Minimize customer churn by developing appropriate tools and processes.
• Develop program for farming the customer base and maximize revenue from existing customers.
• Drive Product penetration, maximize revenue on existing products, enhance customer engagement and ensure zero churn.
• managing the entire machinery equipment of Storopack in the Indian market, such as – but not restricted to -
• technical services, incl. repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of all Storopack machinery equipment in the Indian market, as well as training of all users in India on Storopack's machines
• managing all machines in regard to machine returns, exchanges, and new machine purchases, investment requests and its proper documentation
• managing an optimized stock level for spare parts in India
• determining future machine requirements in India through close cooperation with Storopack India's sales force by anticipating future machine capacity needs in accordance with sales expectations and plans
• coordinating with reporting manager all relevant machinery matters, both operationally and in regard to mid-/long term planning
