Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Web Designer. The Web Designer will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, professional, and responsive websites for our clients. The Web Designer will work collaboratively with the client-facing team to meet client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Web Design, Graphic Design, and Graphic skills
- Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
- Experience in UX design and wireframing
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the different team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct user research to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Assist in developing high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for user testing and feedback.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
- Assist in creating and maintaining design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Support the design team in various design-related tasks and projects.
Education:
Experience:
- Total Work: 1 year (Preferred)
- UX: 1 year (Preferred)
- UI: 1 year (Preferred)
- Auto Layout: 1 year (Preferred)
- Figma: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
