We are Hiring Booking Executive for Travel Industry in Madurai
Job Description: ● Booking Management: Execute and manage booking requests within the Amadeus Software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and industry
regulations.
● Process reservations promptly and accurately, considering customer preferences and
special requests while maximizing available resources.
● Expertly navigates and utilizes the functionalities of the Amadeus Software to
effectively handle bookings, modifications, cancelations, and other related tasks.
● Liaise with various departments, including customer service, sales, and operations,
to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of booking-related issues.
● Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal
regulations while handling bookings and sensitive customer information
● Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively
with customers and internal stakeholders.
● Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while
maintaining accuracy.
● Familiarity with travel industry trends, booking procedures, and customer service
practices adds an advantage
● Working knowledge in Amadeus software to navigate, block and book tickets.
