Job Title: Tele sales Executive
We are seeking for smart tele callers. As a Tele caller at ETH Infra Private Limited, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, addressing inquiries, and promoting our products/services. Eth is a Renowned name in the world of real estate. We Provide high-quality sustainable housing to our clients with modern amenities.
Responsibility:
· Handle calls from customers inquiring about projects, services, or support.
· Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries or concerns.
· Building rapport with customers to establish and maintain positive relationships.
· Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
· Ability to work in team or Individually
Requirements:
· Graduation (In any stream)
· Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service role is plus. (Minimum 6 months).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good Attitude.
· Good Knowledge of Ms. Office
Salary- up to 15000
Working Location: ETH Infra Pvt. Ltd. OC- 539, 5th Floor, Sector-4, Nr. Gaur Chowk, Gaur City Centre, Noida west- 201318
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10am to 6 pm)
