Job description

Role definition: As an Assistant Exec. your key responsibility shall be to perform various back office

tasks that will help to improve and maximize efficiency of the Sales Functions.

Performing basic Admin duties required for day to day operations.

Skills

Fluent and Polite communication

Knowledge

MS-Office (Word & Excel)

Conversant with email writing (in English)

Experience / Segments: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience (in English)

Responsibility & Deliverables: -

1 Preparing/extracting of data for various Sales reports.

2 Admin co-ordination

3 Assist in day to day operations work

4 Maintaining and filing of all documentation.

5 Co-ordination within Team and Branches.
