Job description
Wonkrew is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. If you have a minimum of 1 year but less than 3 years of experience in social media management and a passion for creating engaging content, we invite you to be a part of our exciting journey!
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
2. Schedule post on various platform and identifying the right hashtags for posts.Â
3. Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
4. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement social media campaigns that support overall business goals.
5. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts and provide insights for optimization.
6. Generate monthly reports summarising social media content performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
8. Ability to work from Chennai or relocate to Chennai if not currently based in the area.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in social media management.
2. Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts.
3. Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their respective best practices.
4. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and shareable content.
5. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
6. Excellent communication skills to interact with the audience and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
8. A portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and content creation.
