Roles and Responsibilities

 Prepare Training Module to conduct the training, Such as Product & Process Training, Soft Skills

 Training, Communication Skills Training, Sales Training, SOP Training and Induction & Etc.

 Monitor and coach agents on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress and other aspects of the English language,culture, etc.

 Provide consistent coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance.

 Support floor training initiatives, intermittently assist in design and development of training material.

 Provide feedback and input for training content enhancement and development.

 Develop action plans for the bottom quartile and ensure they move up the learning curve. Ensure advisors are skilled & knowledgeable to handle customer interactions.

 Coach advisors on improvement in products & processes, Create learning solutions and customize training delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.

 Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative.

 Knowledge of Global Market. (Forex & Comex)

 Fluent English Communication, Sales & Marketing Skills require
