Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Tour Executive/ Team Leader - Tours at Mystic India Tourism located in Delhi, India. The Sr. Tour Executive/ Team Leader - Tours will be responsible for managing and leading our tour operations team, developing itineraries that meet the needs and preferences of our clients, creating and maintaining relationships with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of tours. The Sr. Tour Executive/ Team Leader - Tours will also be responsible for continuously reviewing and optimizing tour packages to improve customer satisfaction and profitability. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership position Strong knowledge of Indian destinations, attractions, accommodations, and transportation options Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and within a team Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong customer service skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction Proficiency in MS Office and travel software systems Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other Indian languages is a plusJob tags
