Our mission is to make 1000 Industrial Engineering and Automation companies reach their potential by March 2032.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Coach
· To understand the specific needs of Industrial Automation client and prepare for the classroom delivery.
· To conduct classroom / online training for Industrial Sales Engineers to bring desired results from them.
· Classroom training must include
· Post training follow-up sessions must be conducted for 4 weeks, virtually.
· Support marketing team to get testimonials during and after the training sessions.
· Guide the training coordinator to plan and execute each Training session without any flaws.
· Continuous improvement suggestions to the Chief Coach on the Content and Workbook model.
· Improvement suggestions – Marketing, Web content and promotions
· Ideas for new videos from public domain
· Post sales feedback from / to customers
Sales Support
· To monitor the daily leads received from various online resources.
· Prioritizing the follow-up / Appointment
· Managing the sales funnel
· Pre-sales documentation
· Need analysis joint meetings with Saravanan B
· Follow-up based on need.
· Upgrading customers from one program to another.
· Content ideas
· Email automation analysis
· Google page update
· BrixEn – LinkedIn page maintenance
Results
· Positive testimonials
· Performance change feedback from management: After 2-3 months of training
· Referrals
· Participants continued their relationship with BrixEn.
