We Agile Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd (i.e. ATS) 'defines designs and delivers technology-enabled business solutions' to its clients worldwide. ATS is CMMI Level 5 certified company and ISO 9001:2015 as well as 27001:2013 certified. The company focuses more on productivity, quality, and knowledge management.

We are hiring for Technical Support Engineer.

Requirements and skills

Ø Analysis of software errors, system problems and taking remedial actions for recovery

Ø On-site User support (24 x 7 x 365 days) through the Help Desk at Lucknow Campus

Ø Installation and configuration of hardware and software (including OS and other applications software),

Ø network-related troubleshooting, etc.

Ø Maintenance and updating Intranet portal (CC Website)

Ø UPS Maintenance (Testing, Battery Replacement, installation etc.)

Ø Managing approximately 500 Desktops, 25 Servers, 4 Video Conferencing setup, 400 UPS, 50 CCTV

Camera, 25 Laptop etc. These devices may/ may not be under warranty/ AMC of their respective vendor.

Ø These number may increase in upcoming time.

Ø Co-ordinate with respective vendor/ OEM to resolve the h/w and s/w problem as and when required

Ø Liaise with Internet Service Provider (ISP) for resolution of problems related to bandwidth or downtime

Ø Local Area network (Wi-Fi and Wired both), troubleshooting management

Ø Monitoring of network devices as per the instructions of the IIM authority

Ø Any other jobs related to IT/ Network Services

Location: -Lucknow

Qualification: B. Tech/BE/ Diploma in IT/ Any Gradation.

Experience: 1-3 Year's
