Job Description :M.S. or PH.D. in Computer Science, applied mathematics, statistics, physics, operations research, quantitative social sciences or related fields, Mandatory Formal Education/Qualifications e.g. CPAB.S. in Computer Science, Applied/Business Statistics or Mathematics4+ years of relevant experience in advanced analytics role preferably in Retail / CPG domain.Should have worked on projects / initiatives in merchandizing analytics, digital analyticsPrior experience in Machine Learning & Big Data analytics necessary.Experience in productionalization of analytics products will be a plus Track record in managing deliveries of advanced analytical solutions in an agile & iterative model.Expertise in tools required to execute a data science project - SQL, Python/R, ML algorithmsExpertise in using Cloud solutions(AWS, Azure, etc.) for deploying data science projectsSynthesizing findings and insights through effective story telling through visualization tools such as Power BI /TableauDetail-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessaryExcellent ideation, facilitation and communications skillsEDA(Electronic Design Automation), core data science skills (esp. Decision Models), SQL, ML, Python (ref:hirist.tech)
