Job description
Area operational manager
- Operational Oversight : Oversee the daytoday operations within a specific geographic area or region.
- Team Management : Manage and lead a team of operations staff including supervisors and frontline employees.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational workflows.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Problem Solving : Address operational issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Training and Development : Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience : minimum three years of experience in operations management or a related field with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
- DecisionMaking Ability : Sound decisionmaking ability with the capacity to make tough decisions under pressure.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in using excel and data understanding.
Benefits
**Salary & Package:**
Salary range from 240000 to 300000.
PERSONAL SKILLS: Good Communication and leadership skill. Fast learner. Adaptive. Have experience to run any medical store minimum 2 yrs .
