Role & Responsibilities:-

· Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive online traffic and conversion.

· SEO and SEM: Technical SEO analysis, optimize website content for search engines and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities to boost visibility, reach and sales.

· Lead Generation: Increase and meet goals on Lead generation from both Organic and Paid channels (where applicable)

· Data Analysis: Regularly analyze digital marketing metrics, use data to drive marketing decisions, and present reports on campaign performance.

· Social Media Management: Develop and oversee social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.

· Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust based on performance data.

· Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI (where applicable).

· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

· Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and customer preferences.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (like sales, operations and HR) to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with company objectives.

· Content Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across various digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· 8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, CS/IT, or a related field.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Hubspot, Hootsuite, ahref or SEMRush, etc.).

· Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.

· Excellent analytical and project management skills.

· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Superior communication and team leadership skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Familiarity with web design, WordPress and basic HTML/CSS/JS
