Job description
Years of Experience: 2-5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including modules for Incident, Problem, Change Management and CMDB
- Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the ServiceNow environment
- Perform regular server maintenance tasks such as applying upgrades and patches
- Recommend best-practice solutions to established business processes
- Assist in design and implementation and support of third-party integrations with ServiceNow
- Document and record every aspect of ServiceNow changes and implementation
- Plan, track, and schedule software upgrades and enhancements
- Troubleshoot problems within the ServiceNow platform and resolve issues
- Develop good working relationships with other employees across the organization
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow
- Experience in maintaining a CMDB, aligned with CSDM
- Experience with ServiceNow integration methods
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus
