Job description
Urgent Requirement of -Electrical Engineer at raipur Location. Dryer, Vibrating Screen And Briquite Press. Maintenance Of Belt Pulley, DE System And Gearboxes. Scheduling Of Shutdown Jobs , Schduling Of Spare Parts & Handling Manpower.
- Supervised the Maintenance Management staff & conducted performance reviews of workers and technician.
- Provided strong leadership & technical expertise to maintain existing procedures & operations of furnace and equipments.
- Assisted and guided the Maintenance workers in carrying out the maintenance repair work.
- Maintained all Maintenance shop equipment & repaired/replaced them to ensure proper functioning.
- Ensured whether all Maintenance is following the prescribed safety policies and guidelines as mentioned.
- Used different techniques & guidelines to ensure a safe Environment around the plant and premises.
- Recommended different ways of improvement & expansion in the current facility in the furnace.
- Maintained records and tracked work orders, spare parts & maintained history of equipment & others through computerized system.
- Designed & documents manual to simplify the work for the Maintenance department in the future.
