Manufacturing Manager / leader - Job Location: Bangalore.
- Experience : 15 years' experience in precision products manufacturing.
- Education : B.E Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Production.
- Salary : 15 to 18 LPA (not limited to the right candidate)

- Thorough knowledge on ISO 9001 requirements related to manufacturing/equipment maintenance and continuous improvement activities like 5S/cycle time reduction/Quick changer/eliminating waste/operators skill enhancement/developing vendors/root cause analysis and other.
???? Brief Job Description - Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, quality control and safety
- Monitor plant performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize and reduce costs.
- Ensure availability of machine/material/tools/jigs/fixtures and other required for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure statutory compliances and regulations related to pollution control board, labour/factory laws and other legal compliances etc.
- Manage the plant budget, including labour costs, equipment maintenance, and production expenses.
- Co-ordinate with other functions like quality/design/purchase for completion of manufacturing orders on time.
- Responding to customer complaints on time and implementing necessary corrective action to eliminate root cause/s.
- Preparing monthly production performance reports on time, analyzing the data, initiating corrective action wherever required and reporting to management.
- Ensure periodic preventive maintenance is done for all machines and equipment on time.
- Keep track of inventory at all the stages of manufacturing and ensure it does not increase.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement training programs for plant staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and promote a culture of safety.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
