1. Mandatory: 3+ year of w orking experience in ServiceNow â€' Field Service Management.
2. Working experience in custom workspace creation and custom service portal
3. Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions.
4 . System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, REST/SOAP.
5 . Working experience with Angular JS, React JS, HTML, CSS & Java script.
6 . Working experience on CSM Module.
7 . Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
8 . Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
