Job Summary

The Human Resource BPO Recruiter is a key figure in the recruitment process within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. This role focuses on effectively identifying, attracting, and hiring a substantial number of qualified candidates to address the staffing needs of the organization. Essential to this position is a bachelor's degree and proficiency in managing bulk recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bulk Recruitment:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for high-volume recruitment campaigns to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
  • Utilize efficient methods to attract and engage a large pool of candidates for diverse roles within the organization.
  • Screening and Sourcing:
  • Employ a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment databases, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews or assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
  • Candidate Evaluation:
  • Assess candidates' suitability for roles based on their skills, experience, and alignment with organizational culture and values.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and team members to gather feedback on candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support.
  • Job Portal Management:
  • Manage job postings and updates on various online job portals to attract potential candidates.
  • Optimize job descriptions and postings to enhance visibility and attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize analytics and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of job portal strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR recruitment, with a demonstrated focus on bulk hiring within the BPO or related industry (consultancy).
  • Proficiency in bulk recruitment techniques, encompassing sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve recruitment targets, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
