Position : Leasing+Sales Senior Transaction Manager

Location: Gurgaon

 

Candidate Profile Details 

Minimum Qualification :Graduate
Tentative Salary - CTC (INR): 11 lac p.a

Experience: 5+ Years
Industry Preference :Real Estate

'Responsibilities :

• Manage the delivery of real estate services to clients/Channel Partners (Brokers) with focus on effective management of real
• estate functions, contracts and negotiations, and all transaction services required
• Develop new and grow existing relationships with clients/tenants, vendors, landlords, Channel Partners (Brokers) and other retail
• users
• Manage and negotiate advanced transactions including market optimization activities, market research, site
• identification and selection, LOI and lease terms, and renewals,
• Generate Prospective Buyer/Seller leads, find the best fit and bind the transaction
• Buy/Sell/Lease through the Channel Partner (Brokers) network
• Keeping the inventory list Up to date and sharing it with Channel Partners (Brokers)
• Coordinate with account leadership to ensure tracking and reporting of deliverables
• Provide training and on-boarding support of new team members and ongoing development of
• associates
• Use CRM to keep track of all activites and deals

Requirements :

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate, Bachelor/Master Degree, Real Estate Certifications if any
• 3+ years relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate; preferably Lease Negotiation & Buying/Selling of Commerical Real Estate
• Solid familiarity with and understanding of lease language and terms, the reconciliation process for Common Area Maintenance, insurance, and real estate taxes as well as paperwork knowlegde of chain of documents
• Proficiency and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem resolution skills
• Ability to manage, review, and approve a large volume of transactions simultaneously
• Proven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency by meeting or exceeding deadlines
