Company Overview:

RevenueHero is a sales acceleration platform used by businesses to reduce their sales cycle and increase their pipeline by instantly connecting high intent leads to the right rep. Teams like Customer.io, AppCues and

Seamless leveraged RevenueHero to impact their conversion rates and revenue by increasing the number of qualified meetings booked by 150%.

While the last year was spent mostly on augmenting our product, we’re looking to focus our time and attention this year on expanding our GTM efforts.

We are looking to add a Solutions Engineer to our team to help our prospects and customers grow. You will play a crucial role in showcasing the value of our product, designing solutions by interpreting requirements, aid in customer onboarding, and resolving technical challenges post-implementation.

What the role entails:

Collaborate with the sales team to tailor compelling value-based narratives during product demonstrations to showcase how RevenueHero addresses customer needs. Analyze customer requirements/workflows/processes to customize and implement the product. Work with the product team to provide insights about client needs and contribute to shipping out new features. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the implementation and appropriately recommend solutions/workarounds. Provide technical support to clients and partner with the support team to troubleshoot and ensure timely issue resolution. Strategize and own process changes internally to achieve shorter sales and onboarding cycles

What the role needs: 2-3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales & Solutioning role within a SaaS startup environment. A solid understanding of CRMs and Javascript, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication skills, adept at managing relationships with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in delivering product demos. Experience with technical/business documentation - workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and RFIs. Exceptional technical problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Customer-centric mindset with a flair for understanding and solving problems.
