Job Summary:
The Healthcare/Hospital Recruitment Business Development Executive (BDE) or Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for expanding our healthcare and hospital recruitment services by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful placement of healthcare professionals in hospital and healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

*Client relationship management
*Business development and market research
*Candidate sourcing and placement
*Sales, proposals, and contract negotiation
*Client retention and satisfaction
*Reporting and compliance
*Quality assurance
