Company Description PaySprint Private Limited is a fintech company that provides a Unified Open API Platform to transform how Bharat transacts and leads to larger consumer adoption, interface, and delight. PaySprint offers developers the ability to build a vast number of use cases leveraging our REST APIs. Our partners include entrepreneurs, startup companies, banking partners, NBFCs, MSMEs, and enterprises.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing PaySprint's customer base. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and working collaboratively within the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets Technical proficiency and understanding of digital payment solutions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field Understanding of the banking and fintech industry is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Willingness to travel as required
