Voice Support Hindi

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualifications: +2/ Any Graduate

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Salary Range: 14,000 to 17,000 per month Shift: Rotational (Day & Night)

Handle both Inbound and Outbound calls efficiently

Provide excellent customer service in Hindi and English

Resolve customer queries and issues promptly

Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers

Requirements

• Proficient in Hindi and English (Mandatory)
• Willingness to work in Rotational shifts (Mandatory)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
