Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with lead prospecting, appointment scheduling, and maintaining records of customer interactions in the CRM database and Excelsheet. The Telemarketer will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement cold calling and selling strategies to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
• Appointment scheduling and customer service skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales skills and experience in cold calling
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Experience in telemarketing is a plus but not required
