Job Overview

ILP Overseas is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources while working with a reputable education management company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time internship position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and prepare interview materials
• Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documents, conducting orientations, and facilitating training programs
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives
• Support HR team in various administrative tasks and projects
