Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on lead generation to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Creative Garage, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies for our e-commerce clients, specifically targeting lead generation. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through various digital marketing channels. Responsibilities: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored to generate high-quality leads for our e-commerce clients. Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing. Conduct thorough audience research to identify target segments and develop customer personas for effective lead targeting and messaging. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and lead capture forms that drive conversion. Implement lead tracking and attribution mechanisms to accurately measure and report campaign performance, including lead quality and cost per lead. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data using industry-leading analytics platforms, providing regular reports and insights to clients. Identify optimization opportunities based on data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization techniques to improve lead quality and campaign performance. Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and create effective lead nurturing workflows that drive higher conversion rates. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and proactively providing strategic recommendations to drive lead generation and business growth. Monthly salary : 30,000 - 40,000
