Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at BICS PVT LTD in Mumbai. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies, identify and target potential clients, manage and train sales teams, and build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the security services industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Innovative and strategic thinking with the ability to implement new ideas
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train sales teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of security services and labour supply industry is a plus
