DIYguru is a leading online platform that provides skill development programs and courses in the field of Automotive, Electric Mobility, and Renewable Energy. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively prospecting and closing sales deals with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of sales processes, and a passion for promoting educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate sales leads through outbound calls and emails
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients
- Understand client needs and provide solutions by recommending and upselling DIYguru programs
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software for sales management
- Highly motivated and target-oriented mindset
