Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining proper phone etiquette that provides the best customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Experience with managing and organizing customer data
  • Knowledge of CRM software and experience in using them
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field is preferred but not required
