Job description
Role Overview: The Talent & Development (T&D) Deployment Partner actively supports the successful integration of people solutions within their designated area of partnership. Collaborating closely with the Head of PP (People partner), specifically the HQ Head of PP, this role entails delivering support to two PLT (People Leadership team) members, focusing on People and Finance, and Infrastructure and Corporate Functions.
Required Experience & Skill: - Professional Background: Must have 12 to 15 years of robust experience in Human Resources.
- Prior Expertise:
- Previous experience primarily focused on HR Business Partnering, HR COE, Talent Management, and/or Learning Solutions.
- Good to have experience of designing and deploying internal tools or learning platforms.
- Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management: Strong background in HR Business Partnering and adept at stakeholder management.
- Coaching and Advising Skills: Strong coaching and advising skills to guide and support colleagues.( People Function and, in the Business, peers, senior People Function leaders and Business leaders).
- Leadership Collaboration: Extensive experience in collaborating & delivering to senior leadership teams.
- Solution Deployment: Proven track record in solution embedding and adoption, bringing people solutions to the business within the HR domain.
- Global Exposure: Must have experience in a Regional and global role, indicating a broad understanding of international HR dynamics.
- Data Analytics Proficiency: Proficient in data analytics, with the ability to interpret and extract insights from reports.
- Educational Background: Holds an MBA or Similar master's from a reputable institution.
Responsibilities: - Work with the People Leadership teams, supporting them with the embedding of people solutions, in line with their functional strategic plans.
- Work collaboratively with People Partner (Head(s)) to ensure all people-related activities throughout the employee lifecycle are captured in the Quarterly Roadmap overview, consider full load on the business when advising and planning for interventions to support the embedding of People Solutions. Ensure visibility of activities and adapt deployment timings as needed, considering the business's time impact/investment.
- Through a set cadence, prepare and share regular updates with People Leadership Teams, PBPs and PPs, using data insights and a functional roadmap as key deliverables to enable these conversations.
- Work with the Global T&D Deployment Team (i.e. dedicated peers per solution) to understand the global deployment plans and Consult and provide feedback in Designing Delivery Plans: Represent the needs of the assigned business area in the design of delivery plans for corresponding people solutions. Provide insights for Solution Owners to consider when planning launches.
- Act as a single point of contact for a people solution among your peers, ensuring to capture all business feedback (across functions) for that solution and channel it to Solution Owners. Similarly keep your team appraised of any deployment plans for that specific solution.
- Voice of the Business: Act as the 'voice of the business' to relay real-time issues with the delivery of solutions to Solution Owners/Deployment Anchors. Influence the approach where appropriate.
- Superusers and Internal Capabilities: Act as superusers within specific regions/functions, supporting the building of internal capabilities to deliver solutions. This includes upskilling People Partners (PPs) and People Business Partners (PBPs) and facilitating workshops/learning interventions when necessary.
- Bottom-Up Capability Needs Collation: Deal with bottom-up capability needs collation, guiding colleagues to the People Solutions Catalogue. Educate users on the available solutions, eliminating the need for bespoke solution creation.
The colleague understands the overall nature of the business and the interdependencies between own and other functions. And fully understands the systemic nature of the role, where this person needs to correlate business reality with solution uptake status, understand or investigate factors of success or impediments in adoption of solution, provide advice on how to approach the business, resulting into increasing adoption of the solution This role requires an above average appetite for data and data savviness, with a demonstrated ability to interpret data quickly. In addition, a demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and in particular with senior stakeholders, be able to communicate with impact and influence without authority.
