Responsibilities :
● To be able to effectively manage a set of Field FOS, and third-party collection agencies.
● Tracking FOS daily. Identifying low performers and improving their performance.
● Willing/open to field visits ( both local and outstation) for maximum days of the month, with proper audit trails of visits done.
● Quality of data/trails to be top-notch both for himself and his team.
● Effective vendor management, invoice payments, invoice audits, and validating invoices. Competencies:
● Driving resolution/money collection on the field
● To be able to effectively manage a set of Field FOS, and third-party collection agencies.
● Tracking FOS daily. Identifying low performers and improving their performance.
● Creating/tracking daily route plans. Checking whether FOS is doing fake visits, is not trying to follow the system
● Willing/open to field visits ( both local and outstation) for maximum days of the month, with proper audit trails of visits done.
● Quality of data/trials to be top-notch both for himself and his team.
● Effective vendor management, invoice payments, invoice audits, and validating invoices.
