As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth. Reporting to the executive team, you will lead account management initiatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
Responsibilities: 1. *Client Relationship Management:* - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters. - Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- *Contract Negotiation and Agreements:* - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- *Strategic Account Development:* - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- *Solution Delivery:* - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- *Communication and Reporting:* - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare reports on account status and key metrics.
- *Business Development:* - Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- *Forecasting and Metrics:* - Forecast and track key account metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- *Collaboration and Opportunity Identification:* - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- *Issue Resolution:* - Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements and Skills: 1. Proven work experience of at least 10 years as an Account Manager or in a relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders, including executive and C-level.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
