Job Title: Plant Production Manager - Packaged Drinking Water
Location: Gujarat- Ahmedabad
Experience: 8-15 years in managing packaged drinking water production
Overview We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled Plant Production Manager to spearhead
the manufacturing operations of our packaged drinking water plant in the regions of Gujarat,
Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in managing
production processes, overseeing machine maintenance, and excelling in recruiting/training
technical personnel.
Responsibilities - Production Management:
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing of
packaged drinking water.
- Implement best practices to optimize production output while maintaining high-quality
standards.
- Machine Maintenance:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Repair and Maintenance (R&M) of machines
and auxiliaries, especially Sidel, Shyam Plast, 4 cavity, 6 cavity auto-blowing machines, RFC
filling machines, and Reverse Osmosis systems.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Training and Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment process for operators, labor, and other technical personnel.
- Develop training programs to ensure the team is proficient in machine operation, safety
protocols, and quality control measures.
- Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate expertise in the maintenance of compressors, chillers, and BOPP labeling
machines.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate new technologies to enhance
production efficiency.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory standards and ensure
product consistency.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor production processes and address deviations promptly.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- If 15+ years of experience then degree is not required if the candidate can exhibit hands-on
experience in packaged drinking water production management and maintenance of all
machines.
- In-depth knowledge of Sidel, Shyam Plast, 4 cavity, 6 cavity auto-blowing machines, RFC
filling machines, and Reverse Osmosis systems.
- Proven experience in the maintenance of compressors, chillers, and BOPP labeling
machines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
