The Business Development Manager will lead sales in his/her respective territory and will be responsible for delivering sales budget, market share and most importantly customer satisfaction for their territory. Business Development manager will lead the company’s goal of making SheepMedical a leading company and its products; “product of choice” in his / her territory. The Business Development Manager will: own and deliver revenue sales budget for his / her territory. be responsible for customer / clinic acquisition manage customer relation and business development increasing the share of wallet. provide first line support and be the first line of communication for customers / patients with regards to their queries in terms of product, treatment planning, course correction if determined by clinical experts. arrange on demand and at site scanning services as and when required. arrange, organise and lead local marketing, training, technical and KOL events in their respective territory. provide full visibility to management into the sales pipeline at every stage of development using CRM or necessary tools as implemented by the company from time to time. understand the competitive landscape and market trends and share inputs with the management team from time to time. maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by assessing changing trends, and competitor activities. support in execution of new product launch including competitor analysis and pricing strategies. be responsible for maintaining total control on accounts receivables of their respective territories. work collaboratively with marketing, clinical and patient support teams to deliver high level of customer satisfaction and build brand equity. own customer satisfaction score Candidate Requirement Skills & personal attributes Growth driven individual with an entrepreneurial mind set. Open minded with out of the box thinking, risk taker, high on Integrity and compliance. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively within and outside the organisation. Quick learner and aptitude to acquire new technical knowledge. Tolerance to uncertainty and have high degree of flexibility. Education and Experience level: The candidate must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in science with a minimum 4 years of experience in Dental product, medical devices or pharmaceutical sales. Candidates with a BDS / MDS degree with relevant sales experience or of sales of Orthodontic products / in dental space would be preferred. Hands on experience of handling dental scanning systems, clear aligners, wires, and brackets would be a clear advantage.
