Engineer - Technical Support

The Engineer supports for technical requirements for liquid cooling. The Engineer works closely to develop / support new product development activities including selection of equipment, technical information support, new software development - technical support for Liquid Cooling - Thermal Products

The Engineer supports for technical requirements for liquid cooling.
Responsibilities: Please list at least 5 duties/accountabilities .
- Work in a multi-disciplinary engineering for Technical support of following products :
- Liquid Cooling Product, i.e. Cooling Distribution Unit, Out Door Heat Rejection
- Chiller
- Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC),
- In Row
- Mobile
- To design solutions with a focus on the different Technical requirements for above products.
- To create and review product documentation.
- To support with Technical information - for any software development.
- To analyze and resolve technical problems as regards products under his/her responsibility.
Education & Certifications: Please note minimum and preferred requirements for education. This includes degree, specializations and certifications.
Bachelor In Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Requirements: Please list all experience required to perform this job. You may note some requirements as preferred.
- 25 years of engineering product development or support experience.
- Basic Mechanical CAD Tools Experience
- MBD (Model Based Definition) experience preferred.
- CREO preferred
- Preference of Heat transfer/Heat exchanger knowledge.
- Working knowledge of mechanical concepts, products, safety and test-methods.
- Data-entry systems familiarity & Bill of Material Creation Experience - Oracle, Agile, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve (and prevent) a wide range of problems quickly and logically.
- Excellent planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and operate in cross functional Global Development Teams.
- Fluency in English
