If you are an Human Resource professional, looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting platform for you! The position is based out of our Pune head office. You will be responsible for end to end Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Competency Mapping.

As Executive HR, you will be responsible for :

1. Develop an effective sourcing strategy and deploy to ensure efficient recruitment delivery and attraction strategies to reduce time to hire.
2. Prepare salary offers for new recruits and internal transfers ensuring alignment to the market benchmarks and internal parity.
3. Background Verification, Pre-Employment Medical Check up, Pre-boarding and Onboarding formalities.
4. Responsible for driving Employee Engagement as per the Monthly Engagement Calendar.
5. Monthly Birthday celebrations, Festival celebrations, Team building activity and various Fun @ Work activities for employees
6. Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all reports as per pre- defined timelines.

Required education, experience, and skills:

• Master's Degree in Human Resources
• 3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist role in manufacturing industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
