Sales : 1. Responsible to run the Sales Target of his designated branch and generate saes into the company's products 2. Focus on running all business channels through the Distributors, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Banking Partners and direct customers segment 3. Work closely with the Distributors in his territory directly to achieve maximum possible penetration in the distributor system; Develop the area to increase the market share. 4. Achievement of Gross Sales, Net Sales and SIP targets assigned for the branch, in allotted geographic territory across Mutual Funds, PMS and AIF. Relationship Management: 5. Relationship management with clients will be a key aspect of this role 6. The BH would be expected to have a client relationship module for his target segments as well as for his team 7. Activate distribution partners and increase productivity in terms of no. of applications and volume. 8. Identify prospective distribution partners and empanel them for selling the products of the AMC, this should also apply to new ARNs entering the market every month. 9. Engage with the mapped relationships as per coverage plan, to build strong relationship and recall for the brand. 10. Adhere to the defined sales process and reporting requirements. 11. Use internal and external data for sharper focus and market intelligence. 12. Read and update knowledge on regular basis to be able to articulate the fund house views and positioning of the product. Operations: 13. Monitoring of Sales Metrics - MIS, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc. 14. Ensure to report any deviation to immediate seniors 15. Ensuring quality investor servicing at his branch location and will need to interface with the investor servicing team for this purpose. 16. To ensure that all external communications that go from the sales team is factually correct and in compliance with internal procedures and meets all regulatory compliance requirements. Others: 17. Be the representative of the company for his/her area and will strive to ensure that the company's image is always upheld and projected in the appropriate manner. 18. Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
