Job description
Together market information through surveys, identify & educate potential customers and provide effective after-sales service to customers with the objective of providing after sales and technical support to the sales in the district within company and department guidelines
Major Responsibilities :
1. Claim and complaint management
2. Product feedback to R&D and Sales
3. Demand Generation Activities
4. Training of internal and external staff
5. Market Intelligence current practices by the competition, latest trends in customer service and customer experience
6. Implementation of Marketing and Service Initiatives
7. Sales support support sales team in timely customer complain resolution, sales generation through customer activities etc
Skills : Awareness of Sales Processes and Systems
Knowledge of market assessment/ demand estimation techniques
Knowledge of mechanisms for brand building, marketing communication and promotional activities
