RIS Manager/Product Owner - Core and Advance Compensation within the HRIS team, focused on managing and optimising Workday's Advanced Compensation module. This position plays a critical role in the design, implementation and maintenance of compensation structures, ensuring alignment with business strategies and compliance with regulatory requirements. The HRIS Analyst will work closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits teams, and Finance to deliver effective compensation solutions.
Essential Job Functions: - Design and maintain the compensation structure in Workday, including salary plans, bonus programs, and long-term incentive plans
- Ensure compliance with local and global compensation regulations
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align compensation strategies with overall business objectives
- Provide training and support to HR and management teams on compensation-related functionalities in Workday
- Develop and generate complex compensation reports and analytics for decision-making
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market trends to ensure competitive positioning
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Advanced Compensation module
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT to ensure system integrations and data accuracy
Qualifications & Experience: - Proven expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation module
- Hands on configuration required
- Workday certification in Advance Compensation module is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
