Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creative briefs into motion graphic videos, for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. A good understanding of a brand's design requirements and standards is a very important skill we look for.
Responsibilities:Â
- Conceptualize and create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a wide range of marketing materials, including videos, social media content, websites, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to develop effective design solutions.
- Work with video footage, audio, and other visual elements to create seamless and engaging motion graphics that align with the marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, motion graphics techniques, and software tools to continuously improve your skills and deliver innovative design solutions.
- Ensure all motion graphics and animations are delivered on time and meet the quality standards set by the agency and clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, incorporate feedback, and deliver designs that exceed their expectations.
- Maintain organized project files and assets for easy retrieval and future reference.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a marketing agency setting.Â
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas to both team members and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
- 1+ years of creative design experienceÂ
- Experience using design software such as After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a must. Must be familiar with external plugins for enhanced output.
