Job description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES -

Develop and execute industrial relations strategies, policies and procedures to ensure harmonious work environment. Ability to analyze labor data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement. Manage labor disputes, grievance, and negotiations seeking amicable resolutions. Provide guidance and counsel to business unit leaders on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, absenteeism rate, productivity and disciplinary actions. Ensure & monitor compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and recommend necessary actions to address potential risks. Build and maintain positive relations with labor unions. Continuous improvement of industrial relations policies & procedures

QUALIFICATIONS- MBA in HR from a Tier 1 Institute. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive experience in industrial relations, labor law and human resource management is crucial. In depth understanding of labor laws.
