Responsibilities Monitoring the time keeping record/ Attendance & Leave records of Workmen. Ensuring daily attendance update of all workforce with proper data capture. Conducting daily basis workmen screening and induction formalities at project site. Maintaining all data base in EIP (4.0) of all the workmen details of project.
