Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive for our school. This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane. The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing student performance data, conducting performance testing, and providing regular communication to faculty, staff, and parents about student progress and improvement plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a data-driven mindset, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in optimizing campaign performance across various online channels. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign budgets, ROI, and performance metrics; provide regular performance reports and insights.
• Identify and explore new opportunities to expand the digital marketing reach and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to align strategies and objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3years) in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant platforms (preferred).
