Job description
Roles and ResponsibilitiesLeaders in Technology : - Lead a group of backend developers technically and offer advice. - Build scalable and reliable backend systems through architecture, design, and implementation. - Verify that design principles, coding conventions, and best practices are followed. Evolution : - ReST APIs, Microservices, Springboot, Kafka, and Java backend development done by hand. - Deliver superior software solutions by working together with cross-functional teams. - Write code that is effective, reusable, and maintainable. Team Leading : - Handle a group of backend engineers as a mentor.- Regularly inspect the code to make sure it is well-written and to offer helpful criticism. - Encourage skill development and information exchange among team members. System Structure : - Construct and execute backend architectures that are both scalable and performant. - Ensuring that backend systems are in line with the overall system architecture requires close collaboration with system architects.
