Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Engineering Department located in Bengaluru. The Head of Engineering Department will be responsible for managing the engineering team and overseeing engineering projects. This role involves planning, organizing, and controlling resources to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Engineering department Management, Product Development, Project Management, R&D and Project Engineering skills
• Mechanical Engineering Skills and collabarative skills with Electrical and Civil designs.
• Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of Product R&D, Product engineering , Bulk Material Handling, Project Engineering teams.
• Experience in implementing and managing multiple engineering projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal and team building skills.
• Creative and visonary, to set engineering excellence standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the Crushing, Bulk Material Handling , Heavy equipment, mining, or construction equipment industry is a requirement.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, is detail-oriented, and has the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
