Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader Sales with a proven track record in B2B sales particularly in the SaaS industry to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in team management extensive experience in field sales within the Delhi NCR region and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance pipeline and forecasts.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate sales processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Team Management Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in team management.
- Sales Experience:35 years of proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Field Sales in Delhi NCR:Must have a comprehensive understanding of the Delhi NCR market and extensive experience in field sales within the region.
- Revenue Generation:Prior experience in revenue generation is mandatory with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Office Location:Ready to work from our office located in Nehru Place New Delhi.
- Prior experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable.Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
