We're looking for a Marketing Programs manager (m/f/d) to organize and oversee marketing programs and initiatives.
You will have a direct impact on our events and webinars, thus contributing to our MQL's and growth goals. You will also collaborate with many stakeholders, so communication skills and willingness to collaborate are the key to success in this role!
In your first 3 months you will:
- Get to know the organisation, team and your main stakeholders
- Understand the Productsup platform, our use cases, personas and competitor landscape as well as the structure and workflows of the Marketing organisation
- Start planning your first own program: develop campaign ideas, messaging and themes for specific target audience segments based on your knowledge of the market, our use cases, personas and their challenges
In your first 6 months and beyond you will:
- Take full ownership of your programs from strategy to execution
- Leverage and contribute to our SAL and marketing pipeline goals
- Work together with our Content and Performance teams to get their support to deliver excellent programs
- Liaise with our Operations team as well as Pre-Sales and Sales to ensure a proper lead flow, a timely and individualized follow-up and also reporting for your marketing campaigns
- Leverage other channels like events and webinars owned by your colleagues in the Programs team
What you bring to the team
- Extensive experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- 5+ years' experience in marketing for a B2B tech company (preferably SaaS)
- Strong project management skills
- Degree in marketing, corporate communications, or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in English (and German as a big plus) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM Systems (familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus)
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of the online marketing and/or e-commerce industries
- Email-marketing (and nurturing) experience
- Ability to turn complex ideas into clear creative messages
- You are creative, love to take initiative, and cooperate with others
