Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Closer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing deals, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. If you have a proven track record of sales success in the real estate industry and possess excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion:
Engage with potential clients and leads to understand their real estate needs.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties and services.
2. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales deals, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed
accurately.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly.
4. Market Knowledge:
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
Use market knowledge to position our properties effectively and address client questions.
5. Sales Target Achievement:
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 10-12 years as a Real Estate Sales Closer.
Working and handling team.
Residing in Western Suburbs is preferable.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
