JOB SCOPE

Role : Cybersecurity Instructor/trainer

A cyber security trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs on cyber security to organizations and individuals. The job involves staying up-to-date with the latest threats and vulnerabilities in the cyber security landscape, and developing training materials and curricula that are relevant and effective.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Designing and developing training programs: The trainer should be able to develop training programs that are effective, engaging, and relevant to the needs of the learners. This includes developing training materials such as course outlines, presentations, handouts, and assessments.
• Delivering training sessions: The trainer should have excellent communication skills to deliver training sessions in an engaging and effective way. This could include classroom-style sessions, workshops, seminars, and online training sessions.
• Assessing the effectiveness of training programs: The trainer should be able to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure that learners are acquiring the required knowledge and skills.
• Staying up-to-date with cyber security threats and vulnerabilities: The trainer should be aware of the latest threats and vulnerabilities in the cyber security landscape and keep abreast of changes in technology and security best practices.
• Conducting research: The trainer should conduct research on cyber security topics and trends to ensure that training programs are relevant and up-to-date.
• Collaborating with stakeholders: The trainer should collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, management, and subject matter experts, to ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Providing feedback and support: The trainer should provide feedback and support to learners to ensure that they are able to apply their knowledge and skills in a practical setting.
